Jay arrived as scheduled and was quickly able to diagnose noise issue as the tension pulley. Showed me the damaged part. No need to order as he kept the part in stock. He was able to replace the part the same day and 1/2 hour later all was fixed and cleaned up. Jay was very professional and respectful.  He communicated all details as he went along.
